Michael's Bio

Michael Nitti is an acclaimed Life Coach and spiritual teacher, who has been touching peoples’ lives,    as well as their hearts, for over a quarter of a century.  Although he is acknowledged as a premier coach for one of the top coaching companies in the world and has held executive level positions in several industries, most of what Michael learned and now teaches came as a result of over thirty years of intensive Transformational course work and study. After participating in his first course in 1980, Michael dedicated himself to the pursuit of higher consciousness; which, in 1983, at the age of 31, resulted in a profound inner-transformation. 

After his spiritual awakening, he continued to study the works of other spiritual teachers, during which time he also led courses for Landmark Education and began to teach and coach individuals with regard to the distinctions of transformation and non-ego based relationships. Unlike other spiritualists, who often devote themselves to teaching full time after experiencing a similar shift in consciousness, Michael remained dedicated to his career as a business professional, continuing to coach and teach “on the side”.

In 1997, Michael was recruited by Robbins Research International, Inc., in San Diego, for the role of Director of Operations. During the next eight years, he was privileged to serve as a member of Tony Robbins’ Executive Team, where, in addition to traveling the world in support of Robbins’ extraordinary events, he was able to sharpen his coaching skills by working so closely with Tony (the “founding father of coaching”) himself - eventually serving as a Vice President for RRI before transitioning into coaching full-time in 2005.

Since then, Michael has been one of the most prolific Life Coaches on the planet, coaching an average of 65 to 75 clients per month, which afforded him the opportunity to refine and perfect The Trophy Effect (a process he initially created in 1984). Coaching both privately and as a Certified Results Coach with the Robbins organization, Michael specializes in coaching Executives and relationships (with specific emphasis on “honoring the feminine”), as well as training and coaching other coaches. He resides in San Diego with his wife, Julie and is currently in the process of writing several additional books.
