Personality Assessment

Clearly, one of the fundamental keys to success is having a clear vision as to where one wants to go - yet it is equally important for an individual to be clear about who they are; in other words, "what makes them tick".
To this end, several types of behavioral assessments exist, which have been designed to analyze random aspects of the human personality for the purpose of determining how one is inclined to behave or interact with others. These instruments may also measure the forces which complel an individual to take action or perhaps what kind of career one may be best suited for - or, as administered by dating services, may determinine ones compatibility with another person. Typically, these assessments determine the relative strength of several select aspects, thus providing an indication of how the responding individual "measures up"; most often by means of a generated report. These reports are intended to "enlighten" both the individual and those who may be inclined to hire, transfer, date, or coach the individual.

Having employed or otherwise become familiar with many of these assessments during his career, Michael ultimately came to realize that many of the personality aspects he was most interested in evaluating were NOT being measured effectively by any of these existing instruments. Consequently, he engineered his own assessment, which more effectively measures these aspects - thus enabling him to more accurately determine his clients tendenices with regard to these indicators. Known as the AFFED-CHASER Inclination and Quest Assessment (an acronym for the 11 measured indicators), the instrument was introduced in early 2007 following six months of development, evaluation, and extensive testing. Consisting of two sections and 32 total questions, the AFFED-CHASER instrument first measures the degree to which a respondent is inclined to be either Analytical, Focused, Flexible, Engaging, and/or Determined, while the second group measures the degree to which the respondent may be driven by the quest for Convention, Harmony, Abundance, Service, Education, or Recognition.
The instrument has been designed in spreadsheet format so that it may be emailed to prospective respondents and completed on-line. Once the respondent has answered all 32 questions, the assessment should be returned to report@IntentionQuest.com, at which point a 10-page, customized AFFED Behavioral Analysis Report will be generated and forwarded to the respondent (within 24 hours, via email).
